Garden village concerns haven't gone away

It's vital we deliver homes for local people, but I'm still not convinced by the Heathlands and Lidsing Garden Village proposals.

For a start Maidstone needs improvements to local roads and infrastructure before new homes are built, and I've also got concerns about the wider impact on our local environment.

That's what I've set out in my response to Maidstone Borough Council about the latest version of their local plan.
