Grenfell Tower residents spoke up about their fears but were not listened to

One of the most shocking aspects of the Grenfell Tower tragedy is that residents had raised fears about safety in the building but were not listened to. I asked the Prime Minister to look into the management systems and culture if all organisations that serve the public, and find out what needs to change so that every citizen - whoever they are, wherever they're from - feels they are not just heard, but listened to.
