Helen's letter to the Housing Minister

The Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act was passed a year ago by the last Government but we’re still waiting for it to be put into practice.

We just need the not-so-new Government to do some simple secondary legislation. I haven’t seen any good reason for the delay, so I have written to the Housing Minister urging him to get on with it.

I know how important this is for people living on new housing estates being ripped of by estate management companies. I will keep pushing the Government to bring this into force.
