I visited Heathrow Airport to speak with youngsters who are gearing up for work - their optimism was inspiring.

But there are nearly 1 million young people who aren't in education, employment or training.

300,000 of them are claiming sickness and disability benefits - trapped by our failing welfare system.

I also got chatting with Lana who has direct experience of that system, she's registered blind but determined to work.

Channel 4 filmed my conversations at Heathrow and I set out my plan to grip welfare & get Britain working again.
