Frustratingly, water outages seem to be becoming part of the new normal for people living in this part of Kent. Many of my constituents were without water for days last summer, earlier this year, or again during the May heatwave.
With new leadership at the top of South East Water, it is vital that they do everything possible to prevent future water outages and plan for a dramatically improved response in case of an emergency.
That is why I am asking for your views. I would be grateful if you could take a few moments to complete my survey. I will collate all the feedback, take this to the new leadership, and press them to take much-needed action.
Together we can ensure that South East Water does its job and keeps water flowing through our taps.
