There are 20,000 plus houses in the pipeline to be built across my constituency which include:
- Lenham Heath – 5,000 houses
- Lidsing Garden Village – 2,000 houses
- Winterbourne Fields – 1,815 houses
- Duchy development, Faversham – 2,500 houses
- Highsted Park – 8,400 houses
This will change our part of Kent forever. Housing development should be focussed in towns and cities where there is the infrastructure, public transport and jobs to support it.
